With the tieup with US-based Disney for branded residences, Sunteck Reality, a Mumbai based developer, joins a bandwagon of property companies who are planning such homes to whoo wealthy buyers.

Sunteck Reality led by Kamal Khetan, plans to launch Disney-themed residences in its Rs10,000 crore Sunteck City project in Goregoan west area of Mumbai wherein the houses will have Disney branded furnishing, home decor products, colour palettes and bath fittings in kids rooms. The project will also have Disney themed playgrounds, open areas, parks among others.

Kamal Khetan's, Sunteck reality Launched Disney Inspired Homes in Mumbai

Disney Consumer Products (India) has announced its association with Sunteck Realty Ltd; a Mumbai based Real Estate Company to launch Disney Inspired Homes in Mumbai. This will be Disney India's first foray to bring Disney inspired interiors and exteriors in the Indian real estate market for Indian kids and families at the proposed property in Goregoan by Sunteck Realty owned by Kamal Khetan

Project

The project 'Sunteck City' is being developed by Sunteck Realty Ltd at Goregoan West, Spread over 23-acres, the project has a developable area of 6 Million Sq.ft of mixed Development Township. The project will also have Disney inspired kids recreational areas such as a swimming pool, play zone, party and activity areas for kids to spend time with their family and to bond together. The project is expected to generate a turnover of around Rs 10,000 crores to the company.
